Meet our new Human Capital Manager: Grizzelle (Lizzy) Montañez.  She has over 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience in the Life Science, Pharmaceutical and Aerospace Industry. She obtained a Human Resource Management Certificate from Villa Nova University and is currently seeking a SHRM-SCP certificate.

Lizzy’s areas of expertise are Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Organization & Development in the commercial and private sectors. Her progressive years of Human Resource Management are well-established by the guiding principles around the virtues of Honesty and Integrity. She is a great fit with our company aligning with company goals of quality for our customers and a safe environment for our team members.

She is mother of three and a new grandmother of baby Lucas!  In her spare time Lizzy enjoys traveling, reading and volunteering for non-profit organizations.
